TERMS · UPDATED 12 OCTOBER 2026
Terms of use
The rules for using Vouchfield, in plain words. By creating a workspace or using a paid plan you agree to them.
Who we are
Vouchfield is software for marketing agencies, run by its founder in New Jersey, USA. Contact: vouchfieldapp@gmail.com.
What you get
Website, listing and AI visibility checks (AI visibility checks on paid plans), proposals, work tracking and client sharing, as described on the features page. That page shows what is available, which plans include it, what needs an outside provider, and what is not built. Features can change; we will not remove a paid feature you rely on without notice.
Plans, credits and payment
Prices are on the pricing page in US dollars. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew each month until cancelled. Each paid plan includes a number of credits each calendar month (UTC), with a daily limit, as the pricing page shows. The credit month is the calendar month, not your billing month: your credits start again on the 1st, whatever day you pay. Unused credits do not roll over. There is no setup fee and no charge for extra usage. The free workspace includes a one-time trial that does not reset. A credit is used when work starts. Credits reserved for queued work come back if it is cancelled or paused before it starts. If we can't reach the website, the audit is usually free. The credit comes back automatically when the site cannot be reached or read before we have used a paid data provider (such as Google) for that audit, for up to 10 such audits per workspace per day (the day is counted in UTC, midnight to midnight). After that, or once a paid data provider has been used, the audit keeps its credit. Once an audit runs, it uses its credit even if some checks fail. If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Founding price
No founding price is on offer right now. When one is, the pricing page shows it, and its prices appear here. A founding price lasts for your first 12 monthly payments. After 12 months the regular price applies, with no other change to your plan. We'll email you at least 30 days before your founding price ends. This move to the regular price is part of the founding offer, not a price change. The price at checkout shows the discount and how long it lasts before you pay.
You can cancel any time, at the founding price or later. The 7-day refund of your first payment works the same way: we refund what you actually paid. The founding price is offered once per workspace. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the regular price applies. A place counts once your first payment goes through.
Refunds and cancelling
You can cancel any time from Usage & billing → Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund that first payment in full; the paid plan then ends the same day and the workspace moves to the free plan. Later months are not refunded. If a renewal payment fails, you keep your plan for 7 days while Stripe retries the card. Details: Refunds and cancellation.
Using it fairly
- Only audit, contact or message people and businesses you are allowed to.
- Follow email, text-message and privacy laws when you send anything, including review requests (for example CAN-SPAM and the TCPA in the US).
- No spam, fake reviews, misleading claims to clients, or attempts to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
- Keep your sign-in and API keys private. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
Google Maps content
Vouchfield includes Google Maps features and content: every audit looks the business up on Google Maps (the Google Places API) and shows what we found about its listing. Your use of those features is subject to Google's Terms of Service, the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
What we keep from Google and what we show is on the privacy page. If you pass our reports or client pages on to your own clients, the same Google terms apply to their use of that content.
Your data
What you put in your workspace is yours. We use it to run the service for you, and we share it only in the ways the privacy page lists, such as with the companies that help run the service. We never sell it. You can export your records. When a paid plan ends, your workspace moves to the free plan and stays available. The workspace owner can close it from Usage & billing. When you close your workspace, we keep it for 90 days so you can come back or export it, then delete it from the live service. Our scheduled encrypted backups keep a copy from every day for 35 days and one copy a month for 12 months, then delete it automatically, so a removed record is normally gone from them within about 13 months. Occasional one-off backups made for maintenance are deleted by hand once they are no longer needed. To come back, contact us and we will reopen it.
What results mean
Audits check sampled pages and data that outside services return at that moment. AI answers change from run to run, so AI visibility is an appearance rate in a sample, not a ranking. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI mentions, leads or revenue. Accessibility checks are automated signals, not a certification; website checks are not legal advice.
Support
Email vouchfieldapp@gmail.com. We reply within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, US Eastern time, excluding US public holidays). Support covers using the service; it does not include doing marketing, website or listing work for you.
Limits of responsibility
The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending or suspending access
You can stop using the service at any time, and the workspace owner can close the workspace from Usage & billing. Closing does not refund by itself; the first-month refund above still applies if you ask within 7 days of that payment. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or puts other customers at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and tell paying customers by email at least 30 days before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.
