How this works.
How the scores are worked out, what we never do, and every area we check.
The scores
Website and Google listing scores: out of 100
Checks that matter more to customers count for more. A pass counts in full, "needs work" counts for part, and a fail counts for nothing. Anything we could not check is left out, so it never counts against you.
AI visibility score (paid plans)
We ask ChatGPT and Perplexity 10 questions a customer in your town might ask, 3 times each, without ever using your name. We count how often you are named. Answers change from one try to the next, so the report shows the score with a likely range around it, not one exact number.
Map grid
From spots around town, we search Google for businesses and note where the business comes up from each spot. It is an estimate, not the exact Google Maps ranking a customer sees. Green is top 3, amber 4 to 10, red 11 to 20. A question mark means Google gave no answer for that spot, so it is left out of the totals. Each grid says which Google search it used.
The 9 PM Test
Open an audit's action plan and choose The 9 PM Test. The automated inspection reads public pages for phone hints, contact options, after-hours statements and business details. It never submits a form or places a call. It does not render a phone or verify booking availability or business identity. Each step says what was observed, including Couldn't check. Compatible later results can say Improved since last time; a change is not proof of who made a fix or of a completed customer journey. It is free: it doesn't use credits.
Takeover check
When you take on a website from another web person, open the audit's action plan, choose More audit tools, then Takeover check. It reads the domain's public registry record, its public DNS records and the home page, then lists what the client should confirm they control (the domain, the DNS, the email, the tracking codes and the Google listing) and what is at risk. It is free: it doesn't use credits.
What we never do
- Guess. If we could not see something, the report says so instead of making it up.
- Promise that Google or an AI assistant will rank or name you. Nobody can honestly promise that.
- See or keep your card number. Payments go through Stripe's own secure page.
- Sell your data or your clients' data. We share it only in the ways the privacy page lists, such as with the companies that help run the service.
Useful links

- Plans and prices
- Integrations and API (Agency plan; not part of the Business plan)
- Ask us a question. Your message reaches the person who built Vouchfield.
Every check, by area
A standard website audit can run up to 158 checks in 12 areas. A few are close repeats, such as the page title under both Search and Accessibility. Which checks run depends on the business and the audit template. For example, the Google listing checks need a matching Google listing. Each area is listed with the question it answers. Sign in to see every check.
Does the site load properly, on one address, for people and search engines?
Is the connection secure, and are privacy, cookie and legal pages in place?
Can search engines understand each page: titles, headings, descriptions and structured data?
Can AI assistants read the site and tell what the business does, where and for whom?
Would a visitor trust the business: who it is, what it costs, where it works?
Is the site easy to read and use on a phone?
Can people using keyboards, screen readers or zoom use the site? Automated signals only.
Is the page light and quick to load?
Can a customer call, book, write or find the business in one step?
Is the website ready for ads and social sharing: ad tags, share previews and social links? Reads the website only; ad and social accounts are not checked.
Is the Google Business Profile complete and consistent with the website?
How many reviews does the business have, what is its rating, and are the reviews recent?
When customers ask AI assistants, is the business named, and who is named instead?
Where does the business come up in Google's business search from different spots around town? An estimate, not the exact Google Maps ranking.
Is the business listed with the same name and phone across major directories?
How fast does the page load on a phone in Google's own speed test?
Are ad accounts and social profiles set up well: campaigns, spend, audiences and posts? Not built. Website audits never open an ad or social account.
Not built. Website checks are not a legal review.
